Dividend Policy & Payment
PRG Corporation Public Company Limited has a dividend payment policyto shareholders under normal circumstances, at no less than 30% of its net profits, with the calculation of the dividend based on "the consolidated financial statements". In this connection, each dividend payment also has to take into account the retained earnings in "the separate financial statements". This is in compliance with the Public Limited Company Act which stipulates that no dividend shall be paid out of funds other than profit and in the case where the company still sustains an accumulated loss, no dividend shall be paid. Regarding the dividend payment, if there are no unexpected events and/or future investment plans, the Company has a policy to pay dividends so that the shareholders have stable dividends from holding the Company's shares in the long term and receive regular returns.
